Post Secondary Education

Lifelong learning options abound in and near the City of Beaverton. Just minutes from Beaverton, Oregon Health Sciences University, Portland State University, and the Oregon State University Extension offer the highest quality undergraduate and graduate education in the area. OGI School of Science and Engineering offers graduate courses in science, engineering, and technology management. Those desiring a private secondary education need look no further than Lewis & Clark College or one of several other highly-acclaimed private colleges and universities in the Portland-Metro area. Finally, Beaverton is part of the Portland Community College (PCC) District which offers classes on wide range of diverse subjects and continuing education courses. University of Portland (UP)
The University of Portland boasts a close-knit community of approximately 3,200 students and 280 professors.
